Julie and I met at Harbin Hot Springs [http://www.harbin.org/] about 25 years ago when we were both 3 years old, er, I mean 33, or maybe we were 28, I can't remember...what time is it? Harbin is a clothing optional New Age resort up in Lake County, not too far a drive from Davis and it was great to be 3 and free, or 33 at the time. I am now merely car-free, though not totally by choice, and usually take the ["Amtrak"] over to Davis, one way and she drives me back. I'm originally from New York but have been visiting Davis infrequently since about ["1982"]. It's an interesting town. -

It's so different than the landscape of the North Bay. I loved watching Diablo Mountain change angles as the tracks curved and wondered to myself if the Native Americans (Ohlone?
