this edit I was trying to make the page easier to edit down the road. Tables (the ||this like this||) are good for showing tabular information like hours, etc. They don't work very well for descriptive blocks of text because things like paragraphs and images aren't possible inside of them.
I'm guessing you switched it back because you liked how the image was on the right instead of stuck at the top, though. When the page has more text on it the image will naturally look good on the right. In general, it's pretty hard to make a page look good with images and only a little bit of text.

I noticed you just changed the page name to DavisCrusiers and deleted "Davis Cruisers" — why's that? If you want to print daviswiki.org/DavisCrusiers on flyers, because it's easier to understand than daviswiki.org/davis_cruisers, you can make the "DavisCrusiers" page redirect to the "Davis Cruisers" page. (I don't think it's any harder to remember or type in — in all likelihood people will use the search or type it in with a space) Is that what you wanted? —PhilipNeustrom

I think the proposal was to build a new mishkas on the pump house site with the Orange trees. The pump house is getting relocated and I know they have business that specialize in tree moving. —StevenDaubert

That's what I recall. But perhaps something has changed? or maybe there is some new need for public awareness? e.g., perhaps some people feel relocating the trees is problematic and should be debated further, or that there wasn’t sufficient public oversight to begin with? —ZN
Best of luck getting any meaningful policy change on this one (dead serious) your best bet is to transplant the trees and hope some make it. Sinish wants mishkas to expand and be closer to the varsity/icekrimski, and they've invested enough into the varsity to show the city that they are for real.
