This is my second year living in Davis and I really enjoy it. My main hobby is running, ultra running to be more specific. I am not fast so I like to go the distance. My big race I am currently training for is Western States, it is a 100 mile endurance race in June. I recently got a car which is kind of cool so now I can go up to Auburn to train. Although around town I am usually on my old Nishiki Superb, although I did just recently become the owner of a very cool early 90s Specialized Epic so that may become my new ride for awhile.
I am not an environmentalist but I am not a wasteful person. I get very irritated when people and the city water the streets. That realllllllllly gets me mad. I also would appreciate it if people wouldn't put their clippings on the street. I get really irritated when I have to move from the bike lane to the street just so I am not riding my bike over a bunch of clippings or tree branches having to worry about popping my tubes.
