Steven currently works for the UC 4-H Youth Development Program's State 4-H Office in the DANR Building as the 4-H Science, Engineering, and Technology Coordinator.
He earned a Master's degree in Community and Regional Development from UC Davis in June 2007 with a thesis titled, Factors Influencing Risk Perception: A Housing Development Case Study. The case study was the 2005 Covell Village housing proposal.
He is a PhD student at the UC Davis School of Education.
