Hi Everyone, [today, it is the seventeenth of October, 2009.]
Bike_or_Die.jpgBike or Die! EndOfJanuary07.jpgor GOD!

JUST SAY NO, MRS. REAGAN.

NO!

U.S. OUT OF THE MIDDLE EAST, NOW!!!

All This Suffering In Your Middle Class World Is Just The Tip Of The Iceberg.

I am pretty new to the Davis Wiki thang, not necessarily getting it, but I'm learning. I am a seven-year resident of Davis and of the probike/antisprawl bent. I am a History major and a junior at UCD. I am middle-aged and easily annoyed by the mean age group at UCD. By the by, if you do support the war in Iraq, and the upcoming one in Iran, and are not actively in The Service, about to join it, or are just doing everything you can to help those who can and do Serve, your opinion is worthless to me, and you are a chicken hawk, and you smell bad. I don't serve the U.S. military in any capacity anymore, nor will I quit paying my taxes, but as a veteran, I find our entire adventure in the Middle East criminal. Iraq had nothing to do with 911, by Bush's own admission, and if you take a moment to critically think about it, maybe George Bush, his good friends the Bin Ladens, and the rest of the neocons, had far more to do with 911 than the poor children and workers we have murdered in Iraq, or the ones we are about to murder in Iran. (Read the P.N.A.C document here at [WWW]http://www.raytal.com/gate.html.) I am a veteran, and as a soldier, I did what I was told, but as a citizen, I proudly exercise my first amendment right to oppose this criminal war. Iraq has done nothing to threaten my freedoms. NOTHING!!! U.S. Christian fundamentalists do far more to undermine my liberties than do the poor people of Iraq. Put down your bibles and pick up your constitution, I say. How many of you have ever read even the first 10 amendments? Do you know what they are called? I have news for you: our soldiers are not there to protect this document, which would be noble, but rather, they are being misused to help the real evil-doers steal oil. I don't blame the soldiers for this criminal act in Iraq; I blame Bush and his supporters. If you really want to support the troops you will do what ever you can to bring them home now! Peace is patriotic! Dissent makes the country stronger! You can hide behind the emotional images of U.S. soldiers wrapped in U.S. flags, if you get to see one, or you can face the ugly truth about your treasonist leaders.

And for God sakes, stop shopping at Wal-Mart. Yuk!

I am an airport worker, and tonight I saw real Viet Nam refugees at my airport. It was a big family, and they looked lost, hurt and stressed, and I have no idea why they came here. The parents in the group, clearly at wit's end, wore denial on their faces, yet the kids of the group were indifferent to their plight in the U.S. They were jolly like our AMERICAN kids, but with different tongues. They responded to our AMERICAN smiles like AMERICAN kids. We were all pretty happy about that. I thought about my power over them as a full God-Right-Given AMERICAN, choked a little bit for a moment, and that's when I started really questioning things. Then I watched every AMERICAN who encountered them in front of my eyes treat them with so much respect and understanding, that I then I had my feelings about humanity reaffirmed. We are racist. It was such a good international moment. Then I turned on my radio. Rush Limba was saying the only one who likes G. Bush anymore is God. That was really funny and scary and acrid.

I am middle class, and lower end at that. I am not going to wait for the U.S. Calvary, private enterprise, representative republican democracy, or revolution to change that. I will plant a garden and harvest Green from the earth like a Hippy AMERICAN.

Here is a game my siblings and I made up years ago to play outside. [WWW]http://www.gameskidsplay.net/games/chasing_games/pies.htm.

Wayne: I was spring-cleaning my wiki, I tried to upload two pictures with text, and could not get it to work. I was able to upload one this evening, but not the other two. All three were designated to be thumbnails (please see my code near last picture.) I searched the site for answers, but none caught my eye. I suspect I have exceeded my memory allotment, but that value is not readily found on this crazy anarchy site. Help, please."

Thanks, Fixer.

Hey Wayne! I work at the airport too! What do you do there? And I know who you're talking about on the Co-op page (I used to work there) That girl's personality is as lovely as she is.MichelleAccurso
