2008-12-15 20:55:27 I've been at Alvarado Sunset for two years. My apartment is quiet, comfortable, and doesn't have any sort of insect infestation. Furthermore, I think the rent is pretty reasonable, considering the size of the rooms. My biggest complaint would be the lighting, which was mentioned before. —Izz
