I am Moises Park. I was a PhD student in Spanish Literature at UC Davis. My parents are Korean but I grew up in Chile (and Brazil (and Bolivia)). I graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the [WWW]University of Michigan, Ann Arbor with a Spanish Literature major and a Bio minor. I did my pre-med in Michigan but decided to pursue a PhD in Spanish Literature and an emphasis Critical Theory at UC Davis. I study contemporary Southern Cone literature and post-authoritarian cultures, Critical Theory and a focus on films and cultural studies. I have taught Spanish language and literature (SPA 1,2,3,21,23,24,100,151etc) at UC Davis for 6+ years and ASA for a year. I currently work as a professor at [WWW]Gordon College in Wenham, MA.
