White Labs sells yeast of all kinds, but they concentrate on beer yeasts. One of their R&D facilities is in Davis. Occasionally, they'll hold brewing classes here and at the nearby Sudwerk brewery. The owner, Chris White, did his undergraduate degree at UC Davis in biochemistry.
