Yolo Community Care Continuum (YCCC) is a non-profit agency that provides an array of community-based programs for people experiencing a psychiatric disability. They sponsor two facilities in Davis (The Farmhouse and Homestead Co-op), two in Woodland (New Dimensions Supportive Housing and Safe Harbor Crisis House), and one in Auburn.
