Enhancing and maintaining wellness is vital for the successful pursuit of your goals at UC Davis and for the rest of your life. Health Education and Promotion (HEP) is a primary resource to help you achieve wellness through student-centered education and creating health-promoting environments. Professional staff and student staff and volunteers focus on issues related to nutrition, physical activity, sexual health, wellness, stress management, alcohol, tobacco and other drugs issues.

2007-04-13 04:45:16 it was awesome seeing HEP out on the patio today giving away free condoms and promoting the free anonymous HIV testing. whoevers came up with the flower idea was creative. the music also added to the ambience. yay for sex education!! —JessicaRockwell

2007-04-20 10:46:45   April is Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) awareness month! Cowell Student Health Center is offering reduced test cost for registered students. This month the cost is $20 and includes the visit fee and test. It is a urine test that includes chlamydia and gonorrhea. The appontment desk for the health center is 530-752-2349. —mllavezz
