Kira also offers Probate Administration, Special Needs planning and Conservatorships among all other general Estate Planning legal services.
Kira earned her law degree at UC Davis School of Law and was a prosecutor for the Sacramento District Attorney's Office. After leaving the prosecutor's office Kira opened her own firm specializing in civil litigation and now proudly dedicates her practice solely to Estate Planning.
Kira is a member of Rotary and is on the Board of Directors for the Concrete Preservation Institute. She has previously served on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors for the Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence Center of Yolo County (Empower Yolo) and is a member of the Speakers Bureau for the California State Bar, Trust and Estates - Education Seniors Project. Kira presents regularly at financial seminars, and has been chosen by the California District Attorney's Association to speak annually at their National Symposium on Elder Abuse. Clients and students comment regularly on Kira's excellent ability to communicate complicated laws and concepts in straightforward, easy to understand terms. This coupled with her innate sincerely and humor has been invaluable in the often emotional and highly personal estate planning realm.
