At Thenx, Our programs are designed to teach you the fundamentals of THENX calisthenics, from introduction (for those who’ve never done a pull up, pushup, or any of the basic moves of calisthenics) to advanced programs like weighted calisthenics (for advanced seasoned athletes).

The programs come in 8 parts, and it can take anywhere from 8-12 weeks to complete each part. Do them at your own pace, and remember: you can repeat a day or part until you feel confident enough to move on.

As you move through the program, you’ll develop new skills you can practice and develop further through our daily workouts.
