University Inn Property Management

University Inn Property Management is a local property management company. Listings are typically advertised in the Davis Enterprise, with the phone number of 756-UNIV. They seem to list houses in the Davis area only. UIPM uses their own lease which varies from property to property.

2006-03-05 17:37:37   I have seen two of their rental houses and am currently renting one of them. Ross tries to stay on top of problems and is generally very responsive to our requests. I would recommend renting from him, especially if you are a graduate student or a family. —CoryHamma
