2017-03-21 09:00:45   I took my daughter's phone in for repair and the service was great. Frank quoted me two prices - one to remove the piece of ear bud jack that had broken off in the phone, and another to open the phone and replace the entire part. He spent a lot of time trying to remove the broken piece, then replacing the entire part, and then more time making sure everything was working okay. In the end, he charged me the price he had quoted for replacing the part - even though he had also spent considerable time trying to remove the broken piece. He is courteous, patient, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend. —FayeAshley
