What's Up? - Davis

What's Up? was a local band consisting of Robby Moncrieff, Teddy Briggs, and Brian Marshall. They played local venues like Delta of Venus and Luigi's Fungarden, regional venues such as San Francisco's The Independent andRed Door Gallery, Los Angeles venues like The Troubadour, and locales in the Pacific Northwest such as Portland's Holocene, Chop Suey in Seattle, and Richard's on Richards in Vancouver. Internationally, they have appeared at venues and festivals in Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, and France. Their debut LP, Content Imagination (2009), was recorded at The Witch Dome in Sacramento and released on Chicago's Obey Your Brain. They appear on CF Records' five-year anniversary compilation and on KDVS compilations. They played festivals like SXSW (Austin, TX), PDX Pop Now! (Portland, OR), and Superfest (Portland, OR).
