New York native Terry Brown founded Wing-Time here in Davis in 1994, perfecting and initially producing his buffalo sauces for chicken wings here in town. The sauces have gone on to win awards and are now sold across the country. The company has, alas, since moved to Colorado.
Mild (with Parmesan) Medium Hot Super Hot (don't use a whole bottle, stuff becomes inedible even for seasoned spice lovers... 1/2 a bottle will get that sweat beaded up)
